Where do we ship to?

We ship worldwide. However, your country may not be included in the automated shipping costs calculator. If so, please contact us before purchasing.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated during check out based on goods weight and destination.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept card payments via Stripe, Paypal, direct bank transfer and many more. All available methods are shown during check out depending on your location.

What carriers are available?

DPD & Bulgarian Posts are used for shipping within the EU. Available options are shown during check out depending on buyer's location and package weight. Other options available on request.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped on the next working day after receiving payment. Delivery times depends on buyer's destination and carrier's type of service. Usually it takes up to 5 working days within Europe.

Are returns accepted?

Returns are accepted within 30 days after package delivery.
