1. Shipping Destinations
We ship within the European Union and internationally, depending on availability and carrier coverage.
2. Order Processing Time
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EET) on business days are typically dispatched the same day.
Next Business Day: All other orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- European Union: 2–5 business days
- International: 5–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs procedures, and carrier performance.
4. Shipping Costs
European Union: We offer FREE shipping on selected products across all EU member states. Free shipping availability is clearly indicated on each product page. For products with free shipping, the price you see is the final delivered price — no shipping fees, no hidden costs, and no surprises at checkout.
Remote Areas with the EU: We reserve the right to apply a surcharge for deliveries to remote islands or territories (e.g., Canary Islands, Azores, etc.). We will always contact you for approval before processing your order if a surcharge applies.
International (Non-EU): Shipping costs for destinations outside the EU (including the USA, UK, Norway, and Switzerland) are calculated individually based on location. Please contact us for a quote. Any additional import taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.
6. Responsibility for Delivery
We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Failed Deliveries and Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect the package, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from the refund.
