Refund policy
This policy governs the terms and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal from a distance sales contract and the return of goods to GNG invest EOOD, UIC 204369403.
1. Right of Withdrawal and Return Period
We offer a voluntary 30-day return period. This does not affect your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days under EU law.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following cumulative conditions:
The item must be returned in a condition that allows inspection. The customer is only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.
A receipt or valid proof of purchase is strictly required.
3. Return Procedure
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (GNG invest EOOD, Boulevard Maritsa 41, 4003 Plovdiv, Bulgaria, info@donmarine.eu) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. email).
Once the return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and specific instructions on how and where to send the package.

Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
4. Inspection, Damages, and Issues
Customers are required to inspect the order upon reception.
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received so that we may evaluate the issue and rectify it.
5. Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom products, including special orders or personalized items.
6. Exchanges
The most efficient method for an exchange is to return the current item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return regarding the approval status of the refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. In all cases, reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days from the withdrawal request, in accordance with EU law.
We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds include the cost of standard delivery (excluding additional costs for premium shipping options).
Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
If a shipment is refused or not collected, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
