DonMarine designs and manufactures stainless-steel hardware for boats, outboards and boat trailers in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
We focus on practical improvements: helping an outboard sit at the right height, making a trailered boat easier to board, and giving boat owners more flexibility in how their equipment fits.
From our designs to your boat
We develop our own products, from the initial design and prototype through fabrication, assembly and final checks.
Our range includes manual outboard jackplates and ShiftStep, our adjustable boat trailer ladder. Each combines stainless-steel construction with mechanical adjustments that serve a clear purpose.
Our jackplates provide setback and height control for outboard mounting. ShiftStep offers three ladder angles and 16 indexed swivel positions, with clamp-on installation that requires no trailer drilling or welding.
We pay attention to the details that matter during installation and everyday use: fitment, hardware, access for adjustment and replaceable parts.
